Este site pertence e é operado por Buddho Experience. Estes Termos estabelecem os termos e condições sob os quais você pode usar nosso site e os serviços oferecidos por nós. Este site oferece aos visitantes acesso a experiências imersivas, viagens com propósito, retiros, vivências terapêuticas e sessões de sound healing. Ao acessar ou usar o site ou nosso serviço, você confirma que leu, entendeu e concorda em ficar vinculado a estes Termos.

To use our site and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. Since our experiences often involve travel and physical activities, you declare that you are in adequate health condition for the activities described in each service. You are not authorized to use this site and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or by any law or regulation applicable to you.

When booking an experience or journey, you agree that:

• It is your responsibility to read the full description of the itinerary, experience, or service, as well as the participation requirements (health, equipment, documentation), before committing to a purchase.

• You enter into a legally binding contract when you complete the payment and/or booking process.

• For journeys and retreats, final confirmation may depend on health forms and additional liability terms that will be sent after the initial booking.

Prices for services are listed on the site or in specific quotes sent by our curation team. We reserve the right to change the prices of displayed products at any time and to correct pricing errors that may occur inadvertently.

• Fees for services, taxes, and transaction charges will be billed according to the payment method chosen at the time of booking.

• We reserve the right to cancel bookings whose payments are not confirmed within the stipulated deadlines.

Due to the complex logistics of travel and in-person experiences:

• Each experience has a specific cancellation policy detailed on the service page or attached contract.

• We may, without prior notice, change itineraries or services for reasons of safety, force majeure, or weather conditions, always prioritizing the well-being of participants.

• We reserve the right to cancel the service if the minimum number of participants (when applicable) is not reached, with a full refund of amounts paid.

O Serviço e todos os materiais nele contidos ou transferidos por meio dele incluindo, sem limitação, software, imagens, textos, gráficos, logotipos, fotografias, áudio, vídeos, músicas (incluindo composições originais de sound healing) e todos os Direitos de Propriedade Intelectual relacionados são propriedade exclusiva da Buddho Experience. É estritamente proibido vender, licenciar, alugar, modificar ou copiar qualquer parte do conteúdo sem autorização prévia por escrito.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to services without notice and without liability if we identify inappropriate conduct that jeopardizes the harmony of the group or compliance with these terms, especially during in-person experiences and retreats.

Você concorda em indenizar e isentar a Buddho Experience de qualquer demanda, perda, responsabilidade, reclamação ou despesa decorrente do uso indevido do site ou de qualquer violação destes Termos. A Buddho Experience não se responsabiliza por incidentes decorrentes de negligência do participante em seguir orientações de segurança durante as experiências.

Reservamo-nos o direito de modificar estes termos periodicamente, a nosso exclusivo critério. Portanto, você deve revisar esta página regularmente. Seu uso contínuo do Site ou de nosso serviço após qualquer alteração constitui sua aceitação dos novos Termos.

Estes Termos e os serviços aqui oferecidos serão regidos pelas leis da República Federativa do Brasil. Qualquer disputa será resolvida nos tribunais competentes da comarca de registro da empresa.
